Lili Xu, DDS

Dr. Xu is in a class of her own, she is the very best you can find. She is thoughtful, professional and very sensitive. Her office is modern and spotless, her staff is efficient and pleasant.

Dr. Xu has been my family dentist for many years now, and she and her staff always take care of us. The dentists are always nice and welcoming. I really appreciate that when we do a new procedure that I’m not familiar with, they explain to me what’s going to happen and how it’ll help my teeth. I get lots of cavities but they’ve fixed them all! Thanks Dr. Xu :)

Been coming to Dr. Xu all my life, or at least as long as I can remember.
While a dentist’s office is never something you look forward to, I can’t say that I’ve had bad experiences here. The staff here are all really welcoming and helpful, and the dentists are very careful and gentle while digging around my mouth.
I’ve never had a cavity in my entire life, and I guess some of the credit goes to Dr. Xu and her expert staff.

The dentists in this dental office suck. I did not have pain from my cavity, but starting having pain after he «fixed» it. Finally, I had to go back to the office to fix it. The other dentist started to work on the «stuff» under my gum without telling me what she was doing. I was tolerating the pain until I could not tolerate it and she gave me some anesthesia.
I have been having the impression that the people in this dental office just want to make money. They asked me to remove 4 wisdom teeth all together. What??? 4 all together. I finally had two removed together. Two of each side. The dentist said he was going to remove one and see if he could remove another. However, while I was expecting him to just check, he removed the other one as well.
I would not recommend anyone to this office.

I’ve been here for about about a year. This place is way better than the previous place I went to, SmileCare.
So far, I’ve only been to two visits and I am very pleased. The dentists are gentle with my mouth while doing a routine checkup. I can tell the difference compared to my previous dentist.
