I don’t know what was wrong, maybe a bad day or delivery wasn’t on time, but worst McDonalds experience. There were not any biscuits nor bacon. The people gave our order to the car in front of us. My father received decaf instead of regular coffee. The order taker got the original order wrong, and someone forgot the hash browns. Food was sloppy preparation, one of my mc muffins wasn’t even put together. When I opened the wrapper, the ingredients were in a ball. Not to mention, the drive through took 15 minutes after we placed the order. I don’t know if the people in front of us were feeding their kid’s sports team or something. Not recommending it, go to the other one in Castro Valley, much better.

Was good visit. Glad to see they serving breakfast all day! Fast friendly staff. No more not waking up on time for a egg mc muffin!

I have never seen a Mcdonalds give me a to go bag without napkins in it. This McDonalds is seriously stingy. 1 star so I remember not to come back to this location.

Horrible service with the big guy in glasses at the drive thru that takes the money. Every time I drive through its the worst service ever. Guy needs to gets canned I think he’s a manager. Worst manager in the world.
