This was my second experience buying a house. The first time I purchased a house, the real estate agent was completely useless so I was skeptical. Nick provided me a completely different experience. Despite both our busy schedules, Nick gave us so much personal attention, it was as if we were his sole focus. We were looking in Brentwood, which isn’t part of his normal territory, but he spent numerous hours researching the market to find potential listings that fit our style and price range. We truly appreciated his candor when showing us houses. If it wasn’t a good fit for us, he offered us an honest opinion and didn’t pressure us whatsoever. We felt in control of the entire process, which is vital when making a purchase of this magnitude. I am naturally very cynical of salesman but I could see that Nick’s passion and devotion were legitimate. We never felt he viewed us as just dollar signs. Nick was very patient and bent over backwards to accommodate us from start to finish. He was present during every step of the process to make sure we were comfortable and offer us guidance when making any decisions. Even after tossing us the keys, he remains committed to providing further assistance if needed. There is a lot of competition and options for real estate agents in this area but if you want someone with character, dedication and integrity who is going to treat you first-​class, go with Nick.

Nick helped us buy our condo May 2011. He has excellent communication skills and he was very professional and really went the extra mile to help us close the deal. It was more complicated because it was a foreclorsure AND a VA loan. We were very pleased and referred him to our family and friends and we will definitely will use him on our next sale/​purchase. If you decide to use Nick i’m 100 percent sure he will do an outstanding job. I would rate him at 6 stars if that was possible.

I used Nick to buy my house. It’s been a great experience working with him. From the time I saw the house to the time I moved in, it’s been seamless to say the least. What sets Nick apart is his knowledge of bay area’s housing market and his experience in this market. Needless to say that Nick’s professionalism throughout this process was top notch. To give you an example, after we submitted an offer, I developed cold feet and chose to back out (after all buying a house is a big decision). Nick never pushed anything and instead showed me more houses that matched my criteria. I wish I had listened and followed Nick’s advise to begin with as I ended up getting the same house. I’m really impressed that Nick’s been very courteous even after the transaction and has been very eager to help with anything related to the house.

My wife and I used Nick to handle the sale of our livermore home as well as the purchase of our new home this summer 2014. Throughout the process Nick was more than attentive to our needs and concerns; and was always available to discuss status /​situations /​questions etc. He is the definition of a full service realtor and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. Prior to our listing Nick was tactful on the listing time frame, and when it came to setting a sale price we discussed what we felt ideally we would like to walk away with after the transaction was complete. Our home didn’t have any comps in the area that measured up to our product and Nick discussed with us about a starting price. We trusted Nicks judgement and it paid off! After our open house we met Nick for dinner and he had multiple offers over list in hand and we ended up closing with an offer 31k over our asking price. We were ecstatic! The closing process was where Nick showed his true worth and experience as an agent. We were dealing with a difficult buyer to say the least and Nick never once let us down. My family needed a months rent back, and Nick was able to negotiate a month of free rent for us. We had a few minor repairs that were needed to make the deal close, which included light electrical work in the kitchen as well as strapping the water heater. Nick told me he would take care of it. The next day as i returned home from work, Nick was there with an electrician making the upgrades (which i never saw a bill for) as well as Nick strapping down the water heater himself. To say he went above and beyond for us is an understatement.
On our purchase of our new home, my wife and I had looked at multiple properties and once we came across «The One» we discussed a bid price and Nick was able to negotiate a deal with the selling realtor. Throughout the escrow, we were planning a remodel of the new property and Nick was able to get us clearance for multiple trips to the new home where he could let us in for measurements and walks with contractors as well.
I strongly recommend him to anyone considering a real estate deal. Nick is an excellent agent who caters to his clients best interests. I will definetley use him on my future transactions.
