THE worst customer service! I stopped by the store yesterday a few mins after closing(they were still ringing up customers inside, but had locked the door to newcomers). After noticing the were closed, I turned to leave, then realized I could at least ask a quick question I had, although I wouldn’t be able to shop this evening. So, I lightly knocked on the door to wave a clerk over. One of the two ladies turns around, shakes her head, and turns back around. I wasn’t able to say anything, soo I tapped again. She turned around and and mouthed *we are closed*, to which I smiled & gestured that I just had a question. Keep in mind they had be closed all of 6 mins and still had customers inside shopping. They weren’t counting money, mopping, on their way out, or anything other than checking patrons at this point. When clerk 1 finally sees that I simply have a question, she mouths *what?!* with the facial expression to go with it. Which made me think, HUH? 0_o This is when the other clerk looks at me(theyre both behind the registrar; this one is just hanging out while the other rings) and tries to waive me off, mouthing that they’re closed, and turns around. So, I tap once more. I’m not understanding why I can’t ask a 1 second question. Is she not getting it?(This registrar is RIGHT by the door btw, so a light tap is all that’s necessary). They see that I am still standing there… and turn their backs to me. After about 10 seconds, they noticeably check from the corner of their eyes to see if I’ve gone away yet… At which point I am like W. T. F.?? This entire story was probably over the span of 4 mins. When the customer currently being rang is finished, clerk 2 walks her alllll the way over to the far door, the one I am not standing near, the one not 2 feet behind them, to let her out. Wow. So when she opens the door, I walk over and say«excuse me.» She says«Yes??» With an amount of attitude I simply don’t understand. And, as I am completely OVER asking my original question, as I will obviously never shop here again, I ask, «May I have your manager’s name & contact info please?» She asks if there’s a problem. I respond that being rude to patrons is unacceptable in business, much less service industries, and though she responded that she«wasn’t doing that» I left it at that. I have no desire to debate with this young lady the merits of her crummy disposition. So, I ask again if she can give me the managers info. She starts to spew out numbers and I stop her and ask if she can simply write it(give me a break). And she snaps, «Don’t you have anything [to write with]?!» The look on my face was priceless. SUCH disbelief, I’ll tell you. So she asked clerk 1 to write the managers name & number and hand it to me. And that was that.

Found a pair of $ 3 shoes for my son — that’s a bargain. Me? None, but that’s okay, I’ll go barefoot.

Cute cheap shoes I’m sold:) parking sucks. But that is because of safeway. I wish I had had better customer service on my last visit and I wish someone would have looked in the back for the size shoe I was looking for but I was happy with the cute pair I found instead
