I took a chance on this place because it looks like things have gotten ways better since the old manager left. I am glad I did. The place is clean and air condictioned, and Casey was really friendly and helpful in telling me what I need and how to store my stuff at the best price with the best protection for my bedding.

This storage facility is very clean — the hallways, main office, and such. Compared to other storage facilities I think this is way more well maintained which for me is a big factor on choosing my storage facility. The staff is very friendly and accommodating as well. Coming from a hospitality background I know customer relations is key. Casey the one on duty on the day I came in particular seems to have a lot of background in dealing with customers. I cannot wait to transfer all my stuff here from my previous storage.

Was wary about walking into this place after these reviews. I don’t know about this lady people are talking about at the front desk but the guy that works there is really friendly! The place seems really clean and a friend of mine who uses it has never had any problems with security. Will update this review if I choose this location for my storage needs.

This property has declined A LOT in the last few years. When you walk in, there is a huge sign that says, «Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.» Sorry, but no. The «secure» front door is always breaking, homeless people live in the building (yes, the workers know), and there is an older lady who works the desk who is not very pleasant. My things are in storage because they have to be right now. This location is close to home and «works» at best.

I held my unit online in the end of August. When we went in we spoke with Casey. He showed us the unit and the following weekend we moved our stuff. Thats when we had the pleasure (insert Sarcasm) of meeting Ellen. She hands down is the most unpleasant woman I have ever encountered in a long time. That small encounter was nothing compared to today. We got to our storage about 10:30 this morning. Parking lot was empty. We went up to the second floor to get some holiday things out of our tubs. We had a few things outside our storage obviously, trying to move things around. There literally was one box in front of the «EXIT» door. She startled me when she rudely came around the corner and told us to move it, because it was in front of an emergency door. Besides it being pretty empty in the whole place, I understood the rule, but what I don’t understand is how nasty and rude she has to be all the time. I don’t know her. I personally did nothing to her. I told her, «No problem, I get it, but why are you always so nasty and rude?! She mumbled something. Again, I get the rule. I do. But its the way you deliver it. She easily could of said «Hi guys. Good morning. Can you please move this box, because by law we need to keep the aisles open and the door free of clutter». Something of that nature. Kind. Nice. Human. When you approach someone so rude and unnecessary, you will get it back. So… bottom line, if you can stay away, please do. If you read the other comments, Im not alone.

Ellen was very help full not just once twice!
I have an old grandma and she had some work in her storage unit; it took a lot of time and Ellen was very helpful with assisting us. paperwork and a lot of calls :)
Again the second time the stayed back late just for us not once but many times :)

My stuff was stolen here! GET THE LOCK THEY RECOMMEND, or maybe two. I’m LIVID that they do NOT have cameras in the storage hallways– this is unacceptable!!! However, the people who were on shift were very kind and understanding and did the most they could do at the time. Beware.

Hmmmmmm. You ask me to Unilocal you on the smiley day I pay to move in. That review would have been a lot diffferent.
First bad experience I get there 3 minutes before opening. My bad. I hadn’t checked the hours. But with 2 minutes to go, I made the mistake of (gasp) knocking on the door when I saw Ellen in there. She yelled something at me through the closed door I didn’t hear. When I got in I got scolded by her that the computers won’t even let them log in. Ok. Lesson. learned. Damn I haven’t been scolded in 25 years!
Second bad experience. I informed them I don’t get paid until the 20^th. I was politely informed that would be ok, however I would incur a late charge. They would note my account. I load up my car and head to the storage, I go in to ask Ellen for a cart, she says they don’t have any. Figured I’d wait for one, I forgot my purse, so I didn’t have my code, I asked for my code, she informed me my code was locked out by the computer until I paid. I said but I told them I get paid on the 20^th, she said it’s noted, but the computer still locks you out until you pay. (would’ve been nice to be told that when informed of the late fee…) How about a little customer service? Like, «I’m sorry you weren’t informed about that, I can let you in as a one time courtesy but after this, please be advised you will not have access when paying late»
What happened to the smiley friendly lady who signed me up? Haven’t seen her since day 1.

The people at this storage unit are great! On the week of our move in, they called to confirm everything. On the day, they explained the procedures of the security of the building, times, codes etc etc. They were all very helpful and friendly!

Excellent service. I was assisted by Ellen. Walked in around 5:30pm, she was able to help me though the paper work and I was able to get all the documents ready and walk out at 5:45pm. !

I first went to the Public Storage to get boxes for my clients, I just wanted to get a few boxes, some tape and bounce wrap. Ellen, the lovely lady that works there showed me the House Pack box. For $ 109 you get a little bit of everything! It’s perfect! I’ve picked a box for 3 clients now and have made them all super happy! As a Realtor, that is a great «go to» gift for clients! Ellen is so helpful and very eager to help you. I will be telling all my coworkers:) Thank you Ellen for showing me the great moving box! It’s a hit with my clients!

Came here not knowing what size unit I needed. Ellen was super helpful with narrowing down the unit size that I needed. Also made it easy for the packing supples. One stop shop. Definitely would come back to this location

This place is terrible! Customer service non-​existent. Will sell your stuff if past due without any notifications. Stay away from this one! Don’t know how they’re still in business!

Horrible customer service and horrible protection. Our unit was broken into and this was on the 2^nd floor. Come to find out the ONLY cameras on this property are in the elevators and they say they will only look at the video if you tell them within 2 – 3 hours of robbery. Is that even possible? Who goes to their storage unit every few hours, every day? Probably only those preparing to rob you, so they can see when you come and go.
How can a place where people store their possessions not have cameras watching the entire property?
And since there have been break-​ins before, don’t you think they would know protocol and do what they could to help to customers who have just been robbed out? Simple things like informing the customer that they should file a police report? If I’ve never been robbed, how would I know? And if you’ve been through this before, you would have the experience and help your customer’s out.
On their website they stress «To ensure 100% customer satisfaction.» «Your business is important to us.» «Helpful agents are available at any Public Storage location by phone, email, or US Mail for your convenience.» …do I need to explain any further that the manager’s of this business don’t have a clue what customer service is.

This place has the WORST customer service I have ever had. They don’t care about their customers what so ever. Never will I recommend anyone to them!

I don’t care if your office is closed on new years day. But I would love access to my crap if I needed it today.

Don’t use this place. They have without any notice to their customers reduced their gate hours from 6am to 9pm all week to 9.30am — 6pm on weekdays and 9.30am — 5pm on weekends. This means that if you work fulltime you will only have access to your storage on weekends. And there is no change in their prices. I have a contract with them stating 6am — 9pm all week. I have been very satisfied until now but they obviously don’t care about their customers, they just want our money!
