Quail Hill Apartments

This is a horrible place, they increase your rent by $ 100.00 every year. The charges for water is $ 85.00 for everyone regardless if they live in one or two bedroom apartments (no meters) The Carpets are never replaced so they are dirty, in two days after you move in. The NWP services handles the water bills and make errors on your water bill overcharging you all the time, claiming you never paid for a bill you had already paid for and what is management doing about this? Nothing.

This complex is very nice and quiet, I have lived here for 2yrs. I had to move because the rent keeps going up and is to very high. Our maintenance man Jose Lopez is wonderful he is very professional and prompt. He will go out of his way to help the residents. l will miss him very much my apartment and beautiful view.

Great Location and Great view.
The management here is terrible. After a year living here I was ready to renew my lease. I received a new lease with a $ 50 bump in rent. I expected that. They put the wrong date on the new lease so I asked them to change it to the right date. When I received the lease with the new rent they added an additional $ 50 so the bumped my rent a total of $ 100 dollars. When I asked them why they added an additional $ 50 dollars they said that is what the market value of the apartment is. So you’re telling me that over 11 months the value of the apartment went up $ 50 and in the last month of my lease the value went up another $ 50. Unacceptable. In addition to this they started charging people for water, garbage and sewage. This added another $ 100 a month to my rent. They have no way of metering water usage by Apt so they charge everyone the same.
Whenever I have a question I have to ask it more than once to get an answer.
The maintenance man on sight, Jose, is the man and gets things done quickly and properly. He is the one redeeming quality for Quail Hill.
If you are thinking of living here prepare to be nickeled and dimed.

This complex is very nice, and I lived here for almost two years. Just about every apartment has a view of the hills surrounding CV, and all apartments have a fire place. You can’t beat the location, with the freeway so close, and the ability to walk to stores, bars and restaurants. I held back one star because of the lack of central heating (only wall units), and because of the Small, stackable washer/​dryer combo.
