That was the most flavorless disgusting chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Looks like they just put canned chicken in there and hardly any bacon! I couldn’t even finish it and had to throw it away and I hate wasting food. Next time I’ll be going to togos.

This is one of the only Quiznos you’ll find left that hasn’t closed down and amen for that! I love Quiznos. It’s my favorite sandwich shop so I’m really happy one of the last standing ones is in my own city. Coming here I always ordered the prime rib with peppercorn. It’s soooo good. They always put so much steak with onions and the super good peppercorn sauce. I honestly think the peppercorn sauce makes it. I usually get it on wheat bread and it tastes super good together. Another item I’ll get once in a while is their tuna melt. It’s super good and doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting there forever. They toast all their sandwiches and they’re always toasted to perfection. The one thing about this place is that it is pricey. May be one of the contributors as to why so many have closed down. The sandwich sizes are smaller than usual. They’re not like subway. It is because the sandwiches here are higher quality but it does kind of suck when you’re paying almost $ 10 just for a sandwich. It is worth it though whenever I get it. Overall, still love Quiznos and I’m really glad this one’s still open. The restaurant is always clean and the service is always great.

I love this location! The two girls who made my sandwich were super nice and friendly and didn’t look at me funny when I asked to add sautéed mushrooms or when I requested to have my sandwich toasted twice. Veggies were fresh(I hate wilted lettuce as do we all) and I was thanked and asked to come back. I’m definitely going to!

SORUDE! I will never go back. Simple questions were too much for these people to answer. I’m sorry if I was an inconvenience while you were working. You obviously don’t want to be there, maybe you shouldn’t be.(And overpriced)

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came here for lunch with my boyfriend after work. We got the worst attitude from the young worker. Questioned why I wanted onions on my sandwich. She wasn’t even happy to serve us. I felt like I was a burden on her for asking her to make a sandwich, when that’s her JOB!!! NEVER going back here again.

On Friday, Me and brother went to this Quiznos on Castro Valley Blvd and find this place dead and I mean deeeead, the tuna sandwich was good but, not the best the staff members were very friendly meaning it was just Me and my Kuya there but, we were hungry for a good and all. The restaurant was very clean and orderly I enjoyed it.

Horrible. I mean unless you’re ok with all if Castro Valley high taking on their phones while they attempt to make you a sandwich. Ugh it’s grossing me out just talking about it. Do yourself a favor and cross the street to Togo’s you can thank me later.

It was okk. Nothing special they did not really listen to the order that much. because they put on ingredients that I did not ask them to! But of course Quiznos Sammies are the way to go for sure! :) Or the Chicken Carbonera. Minus the Mushrooms of course!

Honestly, this is my favorite of the chain sandwich places in Castro Valley. I think overall they have the nicest staff, and they always seem to remember me even though I’m only in there like once a month. The place is well-kept and clean. They get your food to you right away. Parking absolutely SUCKS, but that’s not their fault, now is it? Anyway, nice job Castro Valley Quizno’s!

I recently went into the Castro Valley Quiznos to get a sandwich I have had dozens of times. Only this time with the Owner there, they have changed to not even putting enough meat on the sandwich to cover the bread end to end. I had a bread sandwich with a little meat in the middle. The owner says he’s going by Corportate guidlines… I guess they don’t want to stay in business… Now it’s a rip off. To BOOT, they put up a sign that says«MOREMEAT» obviously not in their sandwiches.

Whenever we a have company meeting in our office. We would order our sandwiches in Quizno’s. What I liked about it is that the facility is clean and would acknowledge you upon entering the restaurant. They would have everything in a box for me to take & mini brown bags to put sandwiches in. We would always ask for extra sauces & condiments and they would have it readily available for us.

I consistently get pretty good service here. Parking is pretty bad — it’s a small little complex(with Starbucks and T-Mobile) and about maybe 15 parking spaces. The sammies are my favorite! They’re super tasty and the flatbread is DELICIOUS! Love the peppers bar! I usually get a chopped flatbread salad and they have Red Wine Vinegarette dressing at the peppers bar and I LOVE it. I use it as my salad dressing and to dip the sammies in! I know, I’m such a fatty!

I now get all our office catering through them. The order is ALWAYS ready right when I get there. They ALWAYS help me out to the car. Our order is ALWAYS correct!!! Beyond that… it’s fast food… not The French Laundry. Have some perspective people.

I have no comments about the service; it’s fast food. However, I think the quality of the sandwiches has taken a nose-dive over the past two years. When this store opened a couple years ago, I thought the sandwiches were superior to any other sandwich chain. However, as Quizno’s has decided to compete based on price because of advertising by Subway, their sandwiches now approach the inedible. I am absolutely done with this Quizno’s. Even more disappointing, they posted a new sign saying that their sandwiches were even hotter than they used to be. This was confusing, because my sandwich was refrigerator-cold inside.

I have had absolutely NO problem with the customer service here, and I think that someone in here complaining about customer service and calling the young girl that works there a fat bitch does not have enough class to be judging people skills. My only problem with this place is they always run out of my broccoli cheese soup! Other then that, loving you guys! ~one of those beauty school night chicks

I’m relieved– I thought I was gonna be the only bitch here talking smack about the fat chick at the counter with a shitload of make-up on– NASTYNASTY attitude! YUCK! Go listen to some oldies or go eat another sandwich, cuz your attitude freakin STINKS! Then theres a latin guy there that looks as though he’s high and has the munchies. and then the lil asian guy who made our samiches– well, no complaint on him. The samiches were hella good, but the service was HORRIBLE! I agree with Zombie Z. they do look as though they’re annoyed to have customers there. Def will NEVER go there again… and will tell people not to go there unless they feel like receiving a dose of nasty attitude.

I would usually give a Quizno’s 4 stars, but this place has some issues. These 1-star reviews here don’t do this place justice. Let’s begin with the parking. For lunch, or anytime within THREEHOURS of lunch, it is IMPOSSIBLE to park here. The line, once inside, usually moves fast. The problem with this: in order to achieve fast lines, they toast their sandwiches way way way too fast. Every time I go there, I tell them to toast my sandwich extra long, and it still usually isn’t toasted like it should be. The guys who work there aren’t very smart.
