This guy John said he’d come to fix my plumbing one morning — 4 days later, still no one showed up. Then when I addressed it with him, he said he’d try to be there within a week (with attitude!). I thought he was joking. I spoke with some people around North Falmouth and ALL had the same problem with his reliability! Not to mention my family has employed him over many, many years with all of our homes (6) on the Cape. As everyone else, I was very disappointed, so myself and my family won’t be hiring him again. I’ve found a much more reliable (and less expensive) Plumber.
