Never caught a rat in three months of trapping. We tried ourselves and got one next day and another the day after that. We are novices but have a much better record.
Moreover had my house tented for termites by them. Their subcontractor broke 230 roof tiles by stomping around on them. All documented. This after the OWNER of Frazier told me that they would be careful.
Buyer beware.

We recently bought a home. Frazier did the termite inspection during escrow. We called Truly Nolan (who we have used for years) so we could start our monthly ant service and what do you think they found??? TERMITES. And guess what, its not in one spot. Evidence of termites were found in 7 areas! By the way, J. Frazier (I am assuming the owner because of the name) certified that there were no termites. SCARY. I would not suggest this company at all.

Techs are nice, but they don’t wipe down the eves of cobwebs. Should I have cobwebs??? Yard still has cochroaches and crickets, I imagine from the neighboring yards, but still… why can’t we consistenly spray the perimeter wall to keep them out? In the summer my mid-yard palm trees with minimal shrubbery between them give home to black widows. Again, why are they even present when we pay for pest control service? On the positive side, I rarely see spiders inside, but do frequently see little black bugs. We rarely spray indoors.

This company has visited my home every month without fail for 4 years. They guarantee their work for 12 months regardless of who owns the home. Other home service providers would do well to copy Frazier’s business model of competency and forthrightness.

Someone needs to explain to the woman who answers the phone at Frazier that WE, the customers, are who pays her salary. I found her somewhat rude and condescending attitude very offputting.

I very seldom write reviews, not because I don’t think they are important. I just forget and time slips away. This time I must, because after three years of using Frazier Pest Control, I come to realize I no longer have those little spiders that would somehow slip into my house, I never, ever see a roach and most of all I have no ants. I live in a 5400sq foot home, this is amazing to me. I have just been taking it for granted all this time with out properly thanking the people responsible. The icing on the cake is
the company is Family run (Great) the staff is very friendly (I love you Adrian), you can’t ask for more. Thank You for the Great service, Kim

They have False Advertising !!! Their ads state: family owned and operated since 1988 ?? According to the State of California records: they have only been in business since 2006… which is only 8 years !!!
