I stopped by today after work, & It was a very unusual visit this time around.
I walked in at approximately 7:25PM, one of the stylists (Michelle) came over & asked me what I needed. She checked me in for my hair cut & told me that it was going to be about 15 to 20 minutes before they got to me.
I sat for 15 minutes waiting for my turn, only to be skipped… A young lady walked in & one of the hairstylists immediately takes her back & starts cutting away. She must have been a good friend of the guy cutting her hair, because they were chatting away about their personal lives. Which I have no problem with, but it just didn’t feel right. I’m not sure how they run their business, but at least keep your customers aware of what’s going on & why they are being skipped.
I have no problem waiting, but I felt really bad so I ended up walking out at about 8:00PM (closing time fyi) WITHOUT a haircut. I hope they enjoyed getting off on time.
I have been a Supercuts customer for the past two years, so this experience is definitely not going to ruin that. It was probably just one of those Monday’s. I’ll try back tomorrow.

This place has a horrible blond lady manager who tries to up the prices that are posted and shes rude to. I went there and paid over 200 dollars for my hair to be dyed and highlights and a cut no style. The manager set the price I go back and she wants to say she made a mistake and wants to charge me double. Horrible place.

I had a great cut and camo color to get rid of some grey. Great experience. Friendly staff. And they got me in and out in a snap!

I rarely get my haircut due to stylist always cutting my hair too short and over charging. (The same goes for my daughter) My daughter and I desperately needed one so I gave in and called supercuts seeing as they’re prices seemed reasonable. Whoever answered the phone said they only do walk ins but since I called I get an advantage. When I got there, they did let me know it would be a wait, which I didn’t mind plus I waited less than 10 mins (bonus!) Gabby did my hair and timmarie did my daughter. For the first time, these girls listen and gave me and my daughter exactly what I wanted! And NO over charge. I will be returning along with my daughter. Thank you girls for an amazing experience. P. s. I NEVER do reviews but you guys deserve it!!!

Things have changed here. I recommend this. Unilocal says I need to have more ‘characters’ in this. So here’s to that. Again, it is a recommend.

Writing this on behalf of my boyfriend since he now has the most eff’d up haircut. Do not go here! Ladies, don’t let your men go here! He now has like 3 bald spots.

Went in for a haircut. I asked my hairdresser for a layers i even showed her 3 pictures of that i wanted & all it seemed was a trim &no layers. Not a very good hairdresser.

First, I asked for a draper style hair cut and Rachel did not know what I was talking about. I explained to her what to do, she said she was not a barber and they can’t give be the define line look where my hair line meets… Lol… She told me to go to a barber for the define look because she is a stylist… This is a very simple and basic technique…
Terrible vibe from the moment I walked in and until the moment I left…
I would suggest avoiding this location at cost.

I would give zero stars if I could, but this review wouldn’t be possible. Not only does the salon have hairdressers that clearly failed school, but their price is outrageous. They charge $ 18 for a haircut, and that includes adults or children. Doesn’t matter how old you are it’s a flat $ 18. Oh yea and if you find someone you like then they tack on another $ 2 so it becomes $ 20. Now, I pay more than $ 18 for my own hair (at a real salon) because it’s done right. So, the $ 18 isn’t really the problem for an adult, but when a two or three-​year-​old child is charged $ 18 for a horrible haircut that’s when I draw the line. My child has had their haircut three times at this Supercuts and each time the haircut was done improperly. What do I mean by improperly? Well, I mean they cut so much hair off that my child’s hair stuck straight up when dry, and my child was embarrassed to have the haircut therefore my child decided to wear hat every day. I’m sure you’re thinking well why have you gone three times. Good question. It’s convenient, that simple. BUT after this last time I WILL NEVER GO TO A SUPERCUTS AGAIN! Ever! They «cut» to cut and that’s it. There is no educational training here at all. Extraordinarily disappointed and angered. It’s the haircut that counts and this salon has proved they can cut with scissors just not straight!

They were having a «happy hour» here a couple of days ago, which translates into a haircut for $ 9. My stylist was friendly, efficient, and even gave me some free product. Got a good cut at a really good price.
