Had a laptop I wasn’t able to charge because part of the charging cord broke off into the hole where it gets placed. I saw a sign for this computer repair business on Frederick Road and it seemed to me to be a pretty easy fix, so I didn’t do my research. Dropped off the laptop and was told it may take a few days before they looked at it, and I would get a call letting me know if they needed to order parts, etc. Over a week went by, and when I called I was told that they had needed to order a part and that the computer would be ready the next morning… and that I needed to pay them in CASH. No mention of that when I took it there or I would have never left my computer with sensitive information on it for over a week with crooked people who are trying to avoid paying their taxes and hold you over a barrel when you have no option other than to pay them. Also, they have no website and they are a computer repair company. Can you spell S.H.A.D.Y.
