Caliber did an extremely nice job repairing my car, with one exception(get to that in a sec). The people were all friendly and professional, and it was remarkable how fluidly they worked with Enterprise to arrange my rental. Loved that. I can’t speak to the price or time — no idea about these things — but it seemed fair on both counts. Now here’s why three stars. 1) They TRY to keep you in the loop about what’s going on with your car, which is cool, but they totally failed me. Here are the messages I got: March 8(a.m.): «It’ll be ready March 15.» March 8(p.m.): «It’ll be ready March 23.» March 9: «It’ll be ready March 20.» March 14: «It’ll be ready March 23.» March 16(a.m.): «It’ll be ready March 23rd.» March 16(p.m.): «It’s ready RIGHTNOW and we close in 30MINUTES.» Now this was a big surprise and a big fat problem for me. I couldn’t get there in 30 minutes, and I was set to leave on a two-day biz trip the very next morning at 6 a.m., before they opened. The rep told me if I didn’t pick it up tomorrow Enterprise would charge me for the additional days and there was nothing she could do. In the end I had to pay someone else to drive my rental car(which is prohibited) and pick up my car. Lame. 2) Car came back to me with a dash light saying the license plate bulb was burnt out.(It was working when I dropped it off.) Not a huge deal but seems like either it was something they caused or at least something they obviously knew about, as the dash light was illuminated, like«problem here!»

Caliber Collision really hooked me up. I brought my car in to have some body work done. I was very impressed with the work that was done. I am very meticulous about who works on my car and Caliber Collision didn’t disappoint. The guy Melvin Collins really hooked me up because I wanted some extra work done to it and he gave me a price figure for the extra work. Well, as it turns out, he saved me a lot of money for the extra work :). As for Caliber Collision, they gave me an estimate as to when my car would be ready and they finished my car in half the time :). Not only do they do great work but they give updated text and email alerts on the repairs(I am big on communication). A body shop is like an airbag, it’s one of those things that’s there but hope that you don’t need. Would I go back to them if it’s needed? «Yes» And also this is not a paid review, I am an actual impressed customer. :)
