Let’s see if they take this one off again. .PEOPLE, they charge you for a cone! That’s right, if you would like a scoop of ice cream you will pay just as much for the cone. Honestly thought they were kidding, no, told them to forget it. So, sad, they are in bad need of an executive chef. We eat wonderful crab legs at nearby casinos, the food is bad. At Toby Keith it is some better, his signature sandwich is good.

We should have known when it took over ten minutes just to get a drink it was going to be bad. Took another ten to fifteen minutes to take our order. An order of biscuits and gravy and a western omelet took another twenty to thirty minutes to find its way to our table. The fellow who delivered the food to our table looked like he had climbed out of a dumpster. His white uniform was covered with layers of food where he had wiped his hands all over them. Trying to think of anything positive and I have nothing.

I can certainly recommend this diner. Great 50’s décor. The breakfast food was very good, and the service was prompt and friendly.

service has not been that good all 5 times I have been but the food has always been tasty and I really like the mac and cheese dishes the milkshakes aren’t as good as I had hoped but we can’t have everything I guess.

Fun concept, and large portions, but the service has been bad the 2 times I’ve visited. If you go in expecting bad service, you won’t be disappointed. The waitresses are stretched pretty thin(only saw 2 on a night when the place was packed) but honestly all they do is take your order and bring you your ticket. The guys working the counter bring you your food and on my last visit someone else refilled our drinks. So if you go just for the food you should be ok. Speaking of food, that is the only reason I didn’t give this diner less stars. The bologna sandwich is huge! Sounds weird to order out but it’s so good! Thick cut beef bologna smothered in BBQ(I’m thinking Head Country but I’m not sure), topped with cheese and an onion ring. And if the sandwich isn’t enough for you, it comes with an order of fries. On my first visit my hubby and I shared a milkshake — not to be romantic or anything, it was just a lot of milkshake lol. They give you a tall glass filled to the top… and a refill… the refill is bigger than the milkshake glass. Basically you are getting 2 milkshakes for the price of one! Hubby and I drank one, and my in-laws drank the other, and all of us were happy. My in-laws shared the«Oklahoma Hubcap» which is a huge chicken fried steak. They seemed pretty happy with it. I love the license plate art on the ceiling and going up the wall outside of the diner, and the Route 66 art! They have a projector screen on one wall that shows old tv shows or sports, and one other tv in back/front window area of the diner. The booths are comfy and there is plenty of seating. They also offer counter seating if you’re into that, but there’s nothing to watch there but the employees goofing off. If the service improves I’ll be a happy camper. Final thoughts: the food is definitely big enough to share, which makes your bill cheaper; try the bologna and a milkshake; and don’t expect stellar service. :)

Super pricy and not that good. Lots of baked mac and cheese choices. Wouldn’t go back

Wow! Hard Rock nailed this one! The décor and atmosphere is really vibrant and fun, taking you right back to a 50’s diner. They even have soda jerks in authentic uniforms. The bright neon sign is inviting, and the details like the designs in the ceiling and license plates are a nice touch. Old movies play on the tv screen, and the walls are lined with Route 66 images you will recognize like the blue whale, Pops and the round barn. Okay, so we know it looks great, and it is totally unique compared to anything else the other casinos offer up… now, on to the grub! I ordered a patty melt and fries and split a strawberry shake with my wife. The patty melt was spot on and packed with flavor. The milk shake was delivered by a soda jerk, complete with the metal refill cup! I friggin’ love the refill cup when I get a milkshake! My parents joined us and split the chicken fried steak. They said it was the best chicken fry they have had in some time. It looks to be fresh made and not the frozen patties you get at other establishments. The food portions are pretty large, so you may want to share. Go and check this place out! They just had a very positive write up in the Tulsa World too, if you don’t want to take my word for it.
