Went here with Jasmine, Julia and Robert. Julia loves pancakesss. Our waitress was kinda cute, kinda blond and seemed shy. But she forgot my gravy for my pancakes and chicken… Had to ask manager. All was well though!

This is our second time here. The first time we came for breakfast, now we’re here for dinner before we catch a movie with the kiddos. The great thing about I Hop is that the children eat free with each adult purchase from 4−10pm. This location is very clean and each time we’ve been here the device is really good. The restrooms are very clean and smell nice as well.

Had breakfast there recently. I noted that the restaurant had a cleaner appearance than some IHop restaurants I have been in. We were seated promptly, and our order for four came fairly quickly. We ate breakfast and had a mix of eggs, pancakes, waffles, and other breakfast items. All were prepared adequately and there were no negative comments from our party. It was standard IHop fare, but it came quickly, the coffee was hot, and the service was good.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a good basic breakfast fare.

Food was OK. More importantly I saw an employees spouse/​GF (not an employee) go into the kitchen and was handling money. Two of the employees looked high as the Empire State Building. Now that I think of it might be a fun place to work.

Regular IHOP food (either you like it or you don’t), but WONDERFUL service! Our waitress was so pleasant and accommodating plus efficient and on top of everything. Best service I’ve had ANYWHERE in a long time!

Ordered a Colorado Omelet with New York Style Cheesecake pancake _​although our server was nice and attentive, the pancake was missing the cheesecake aspect and the omelet look like a crêpe (it was very thin). From when the order was taken until the food was delivered was about 35 mins. My husband thinks I’m being mean by choosing to give a one rating so I’ll give them two stars.

Overland Park, KS
Wanted some pancakes after leaving Hard Rock. Was treated promptly when walked in, breakfast was served quickly. The only thing they could have done differently was provide a bill without having to ask for it.
