Lowes assigned them to work on my dryer and gave me a confirmation email with the day and time to show up (4 hour span). They never showed up after I had someone waiting at the house all day. Called the place directly after I was given the number from the warranty company, which they wouldn’t answer because they don’t answer calls between 1 – 2. When I finally got through, they told me I was never scheduled. Contacted Lowes and they said yes, you are on the schedule and we even have a confirmation number from them.
Would not recommend.
