Juniper Woods

Juniper Woods is the first nudist facility I’ve ever been to, and it was a great experience! The owner was really friendly and gave us a tour of the campground and really seemed to care that we feel comfortable and have a good time.
Our first night there, some people (probably staff) rode by our tent in a truck and asked if we needed anything. We wanted to have a fire so we asked if there was any way we could get some fire wood. They were so nice and were happy to help. They delivered us way more fire wood than we could possibly need for free.
Everyone we met at Juniper Woods was really friendly.

Juniper Woods is a nudist resort in the Catskill region of New York State. I dropping in here for the afternoon on a long trip back from Upstate NY. I had been driving for several hours on a beautiful, sunny afternoon. I had just spent 5 days camping in the deep woods and all of my camping gears needed to be aired out. As a matter of fact, I needed to be aired out as well and what better place to air myself out than a nudist campground.
I checked in with a nice lady named Sharon in the late morning and proceeded to shower and shave. There is nothing better than a nice, hot, outdoor shower — especially after a week in the woods. I proceeded to lounge by the heated swimming pool and enjoy the sunny day. I took several long walks around the campgrounds which spans over 65 acres.
The grounds are well kept and the people seemed friendly. I did have a little trouble getting cell phone reception, but I think my phone was malfunctioning, so I can’t blame location.
I would definately recommend Juniper Woods for a relaxing day by the pool or for a weekend retreat. I will certainly drop by again if I find myself in the area.
