This was the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to and staff was rude.
Bathroom was dirty and smelled awful.

It’s a Wendy’s. The food was fine. Exactly what you’d expect.
But at 30 minutes after noon on Monday, I stood at the counter for three solid minutes before an employee called someone up from the back to take my order. Pathetic customer service.

Suffield, CT
Clean restaurant conveniently located off interstate highway 65. Many other fast food joints and travel services nearby. Servers were quick and polite. Salad was delicious, made with all fresh ingredients. Burger was typical for Wendy’s. Fries were good and hot.

Best WENDY’S around. I’ve eaten & carried out food from this WENDY’S since it opened. The same management & some employees are still there. Today I had a CARRYOUT for a CLINIC, & it was terrific. It is very well rated, thus busy, but they can handle.

I usually count on Wendy’s for consistent quality food. But at the Cave City location, my food tasted and smelled off – even the fries. I was very close to writing Wendy’s HQ to complain. I was only here once but I will most certainly not go back.

Stopped in for a baked potato while driving through town. That has to be the best fast food item you can get. A win!
