What a treasure! We were in town for a wedding and the bride arranged for a tasting party. Most folks were moderately enthused. All came away delighted, I think. We certainly were. The products were delicious and they are prepared for travelers — you can buy TSA-​approved carryon sized bottles as well as full sized bottles. The selection is amazing and the staff is very helpful. Prices were much more reasonable than our local farmers’ markets and we will return when we visit family who live in the area. Don’t miss this shop!

This place is really neat! I took my folks here while we were visiting Cave Creek for a day trip. The gentleman working there (possibly the owner?) was more than welcoming. He explained everything to us and let us try as many oils as we wanted. The products are very high end and the prices were reasonable. We bought 6 small bottles of different oils and vinegars. They literally have almost any flavor of oil/​vinegar you can imagine. You must check it out if you are close by.

This place has the most incredible gourmet olive oil and balsamics. Tons of different flavors I bought the house almost. I went home excited to cook and my hubby said that my meal tasted like a 5 star restaurant. I am recommending this place to everyone. Rich the owner teaches you and lets you taste everything before you buy. He also showed me what to use for each type of meals. I can’t cook and now I feel I can… LOL

We happened upon this gem last weekend. What a wonderful find. I never knew there could be so many wonderful olive oils, balsamics and sauces under one roof! It is well worth stopping in. Rich and Martha are salt of the earth folks.

This is a fabulous shop — I’ve bought several bottles from them now, and can say that truly these oils are the real deal, not over-​processed, over-​pressed, too-​young oils; these are rich, and full-​flavored, whether deliciously accented with butter, shallot, garlic etc. or pure EVO. The balsamics are every bit as good and while the flavors certainly can stand alone they combine in so many delicious ways! Rich and Martha will let you taste anything and have great suggestions on combos and cooking. Healthy, light, delicious, EASY way to add fabulous flavors to so many dishes. If you have never used a flavored balsamic or EVO I promise it will change the way you cook! Check out the honeys, candles, and ceramics while you are there too — great gift ideas! (Try the avocado lemon oil with white fish with just a light drizzle of balsamic over the top just before serving — so quick and easy, no more boring week night dinners, and you look like a pro!)

Bought some olive oil and balsamic vinegar while visiting AZ from WA and had it shipped. The postal carrier tossed it on our porch and broke the balsamic vinegar bottle. I called and Rich shipped out a new bottle free of charge right away. Customer service is incredible, and Rich was great! Thank you, we will be ordering from Cave Creek Oil Company in the future.

Great new place in Cave Creek! CCOOC’s website boasts that they have «the highest quality oils and balsamics from all over the world.» Well, I love both and have done many tastings so trust me when I say, they have a great selection of the best oils and balsamics I’ve tasted! Everything was so true to the label; bold and flavorful. This will be my new go-​to place when I want quality o & b!
