My Petting Zoo LLC

Unfortunately, I had inquired about getting the pony and petting zoo combo to come out to my sons birthday party. I promptly responded to the email accepting the time that they had available because the original time of the party they did not have any availability. In my email accepting the time slot I asked where do I make my $ 30 deposit to secure my reservation. With no response from anyone after a week or so I emailed Priscilla once again to make sure that we were still on for my date and for the pony/​petting zoo combo. Upon finally getting a response I am told that the pony is no longer available but the petting zoo is. I was told that they work on first come first serve basis even though I had responded and tried to pay my deposit as soon as she emailed me with the time slot. I was basically told by the woman «Sorry the pony is rented for someone else’s party, can’t do anything about it». Needless to say this company will not be getting my business nor will I ever refer anyone to them. Very poor customer service and business.

Unfortunately, I don’t actually have any first hand experience dealing with this company. I found them online when researching a mobile petting zoo for my daughter’s upcoming birthday. I left a voicemail and email 12 days ago requesting more information on their availability, and still have not received any communication from them. Not a company I want to depend on to show up to my child’s party on time, or at all! Not worth the risk.

We had an awesome time for my twins 2^nd Birthday party. They are very prompt and delivered what they offered. Priscilla is very nice and patient with little kids handling the animals, including baby duck and chick. The pony was a hit! Their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Went to a big birthday party in with a dozen toddler twins this weekend where they used My Petting Zoo. Kids loved the chickens, duck, pig, pony and especially the baby goats! Lady was great with the toddlers helping them hold and pet the chick and duckling.
