Crystal was extremely helpful. The bikes we rented were in good working condition. She gave helpful tips and even ended up throwing in a carrier so we could transport the bikes on our rental car to a local mtn bike trail system. I felt that she went out of her way to make our experience excellent and the availability of the bikes contributed significantly to our enjoyment of our vacation in Scottsdale.
