Super Hook And Black Mountain Towing

Thought I would share the «real» world of this company. I had an unfortunate ATV accident on 4÷5÷2014, long story short I was trapped under it and almost died, spent many days in the hospital. SHT got the call from the sheriff to come and tow my 450 ATV. Mind you, all they did was answer the phone. When I got home called them and find 139.00 tow +25.00 a day for storage. For a 450 ATV? This is not a Tahoe !! So hit the ATM grab cash, that’s all they will accept. I meet the guy to pick up my ATV, I ask if he would mind helping me load it in my truck, no problem on the phone, get there and the guy says «how you going to get it in the truck? This was after I paid! All nice nice until the cash is in his pocket. Not to mention he was 45 minutes late… lol but somehow he says that’s my fault… So the truc the guy has cant lift the ATV to put it in my truck, the guy gets all pissed and says «this is your FUC***** ATV and says that now he has to go and get the right truck and that’s my fault for not letting him know what I had, this I cant even comprehend. The guy is Fu** this and Fu** that but has $ 364.00 cash in his pocket for answering the phone… hello…11.5 hours later he arrives back to the «storage yard» by the way this is the back yard of what I am assuming the owners house!!! The have a MCSO impound yard sign on the gate. This company is a joke. Finlay I get my quad in my truck, I find the gas gone, 4 gallons, the fuel left in the on position. My ATV sitting under a tree with bird crap in it. You ever deal with someone with the tude that everything is «someone else s fault? ehh? you know what I mean. I asked if the bill was negotiable and all he says «I’m just the driver» ok then who do I speak with? He’s unavailable, out of town, sick relative, death in the family. lol… you get the idea… bend over and take it… You tell me, am I being to critical… is $ 364.00 for an ATV to be towed from Pioneer road to Cave Creek and happy Valley RD? Sat in the back yard for 8 nights. There are business’s that treat you with respect, professionalism and you know them when you deal with them, this company is by fare not that!!! You could feel the attitude shit once the moneys went deep in to the pocket. The last thing I want to say is the bill was $ 364.00 I asked the guy will $ 360.00 call it even, what do you think he said??? «sorry, I’m just the driver» Stay away folks, they avoid a paper trail by taking nothing but cash, in this day and age thats a red flag.
