Amazing pizza. Most authentic Italian style I have had on the west coast. I think it is just as good if not better than lombardis in Nyc

Best Pizza in a 300 mile radius. The reason why I attend the Grants Pass Growers Market on Saturdays. I wish they had a permanent brick and mortar space in Grants Pass.

Rosie’s is awesome and AUTHENTIC pizza! The people that bitch about it only having a few toppings are idiots, and don’t know what authentic Napoli pizza is supposed to be about. These folks actually went to Italy and got certified to make pizza. Who around here does that? It is wood fired and made right in front of you. For the most authentic pizza this side of Portland, hunt this cart down. It can be elusive, but it is absolutely worth the hunt!

The pizza is really good but, when my daughter brings you a pizza with green stuff 3 pieces bigger then dollar pieces on it(and it’s just a pepperoni personal pizza) and you tell her it’s just basil pick it off yourself(with a snoby attitude). That is not the way to get a customer to come back. I understand that this was at a football game, but that was rude and we will never be eating at your establishment again. We used to eat from your place once a week.

Great, authentic Neapolitan, wood-fired pizza. Very yummy and reasonably priced. A great little local business, too! Definitely check it out if you haven’t yet.

You know the mobile food trend is more than just a trend when a mobile pizza oven pops up in tiny, remote Cave Junction. And for that, I am so very grateful. They are only there two days a week, but if you happen upon one of those days I recommend you stop for a pie. I got a simple mushroom pizza for $ 7(the small size). The bf got a fancy one with red peppers, smoked mozzarella, artichokes, and proscuitto(added at the end, after the oven). I loved my pizza, with tender crust that was bubbly and crisp from the wood oven. The bf’s pizza was much stronger in flavor from all that smoked cheese and meat, but it was well-done with good ingredients. Such an amazing find in an area that appears on the surface like it wouldn’t have much to offer. I’d schedule my Oregon driving to coincide with Rosie’s Cave Junction days if I could.

We are huge fans of Rosie’s Inferno, Southern Oregon’s first mobile wood fired pizzeria! They specialize in authentic Neapolitan pizza, and use fresh ingredients. They hand-toss the dough, and use san marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh basil and season their own sausage. We haven’t tried their calzones yet, but it’s on our list. You can find the pizzeria at the Chevron in Cave Junction during the winter. They’re at the Growers’ Market in Grants Pass most Saturdays from March through November.

Haiku for Rosie’s: Wood-fired oven love comes from your hot belly, and then into mine.
