My experience with Mold Inspections was under stressful circumstances of doing a home remodel. While taking out a wall to put in a breakfast bar, we found mold inside the wall. I was panicked when I called them, but they were very understanding and helpful. They sent someone out right away. The service rep was competent and friendly. He took our concerns seriously and worked efficiently, explaining everything on the report to us. He even checked to make sure we didn’t have mold anywhere else in the house. The mold was tested and found to be nonharmful. They had great suggestions for the mold removal which we used and it helped us stayed on track with our remodel timeline.
