Don’t miss this gem!
If you happen to find yourself in Utah & you stumble upon this place on your way to Bryce Canyon it’s worth checking out. The colors are brilliant and you won’t miss the unusual shapes coming up from the mountains.
There’s several trails to check out and plenty of parking on both sides of the road to stop and take pics or get onto a trail from. There’s also a small visitor center but it doesn’t seem to be open year round but the trails are all open.
We didn’t have time to check out everything as we didn’t plan on stopping here but very glad we did because as you got up higher everything became even more magical and on this particular day there wasn’t another person in sight which is amazing to find yourself in a place like this all alone!
The colors & shapes remind me very much of Big Thunder Mountain from Disneyland. This place was so much fun & a great surprise!
