Fresh Market

With a name like «Fresh Market» I was expecting a lot more — more fresh food, for example. Like maybe produce. A store with a name like this should be dominated by it’s produce department. And maybe packaged foods with fewer chemicals. I was not expecting to find a «Whole Paycheck» out here, but was expecting something a little healthier. This is basically the same as any other mainstream grocery store. That being said, we were able to get the basic provisions we needed for a night of camping up at Cedar Breaks (light dinner and snacks, albeit with a few more preservatives than I wanted), milk (their only organic milk was ultra-​pasteurized but they did have rBST-​free conventional milk), ice, firewood, matches. Two stars for the misleading name!

Um… driving again through the middle of nowhere. Needed gas. Got some from the Shell across the street. Had to use the bathroom but the line was so long there so came across the street here. Bought milk and hummus for SUPER CHEAP! I can’t believe this cute little market had cheap everything. Cheap milk, cheap bread, cheap meat. You Utah people are sooooo lucky. I’ve never paid $ 1.79 for a gallon of milk. EVER!
