We finally were able to make it to the hotel at 3am. Exhausted, we were greeted by a very nasty night manager. This after we were on several one lane roads from hell covered with dead and live animals. even live animals eating dead animals! I had my service dog with me and he was a little put off by him(too bad). We walked in our room. It was at least somewhat clean, but the shower plumbing was about ready to fall out of the wall. The phone did not work, the coffee pot didn’t work. I will NEVER go to this place again. And it wasn’t cheap! If you can find another place, my suggestion is to get it.

Booked a room for two some weeks ago. Had a confirmation from . When we arrived the receptionist told us that all rooms were occupied and messed up. More, he told us that the next free hotel is in Vegas, a 2 and a half hour drive away. He also said that we were not the only guests that got no room. After a call to we were told that the hotel was overbooked. In the end we had to sleep in our car. My advice is to call the hotel and let them confirm your booking or what I would do the next time choose another hotel.

My wife and I arrived in Cedar City to visit my brother for the Thanksgiving holiday at approximately 8:00 pm this past November. To our dismay, his daughter unexpectedly arrived prior to us showing up, and sequestered the only available bedroom in his trailer home, where my brother currently resides. We were left to scurry around the last minute to find a hotel that could accommodate us… for an entire week! We surfed the net for an hour plus, finding a Ramada, right in town, with an available room, THATTHEYPROFFEREDAT A REDUCEDNIGHTLYRATE! The accommodations were superb, the help exemplary, the extras beyond reproach. The room was large, clean, and included all the necessities. It had a micro-wave, fridge, flat screen tv, two queen beds, new bedding, extra thick mattress pad, tub and shower area, and two separate bathroom sinks, each with mirrors INTWOSEPARATEADJOININGROOMS. We loved it. It included a full breakfast, and we mean a FULL breakfast, each day. The offerings are too numerous to mention, and included the owner stopping by our table each day to ask us if we thought there were ANYTHING else we would recommend he add to the items already offered, or even any items that should possibly be deleted from the«menu». We enthusiastically made several suggestions, which to our astonishment, he started to add them to the«buffet» during the remainder of our stay. We travel extensively, and consider ourselves to be seasoned«hotel» aficionados. This my friends, was a welcome and needed surprise. Our next trip to Utah to visit my brother will be spent as a welcomed guest at this local Ramada, EVENIFMYBROTHER’S EXTRAROOMISAVAILABLE!!!
