We just recently went to Arby’s on University in Cedar Falls Iowa. It is never very clean. They got my order wrong, the pop machine was out of ice, the women’s bathroom was out of paper towels and the bathroom was dirty. There was two other ladies in there besides us and it took forever to get our food. It always takes forever to get the food. The floor is always a mess when we go in there. On a recent trip we stopped at an Arby’s in Kearney Missouri. Awesome place!!! Clean, bright, the workers were so friendly and fast service. We had our food at our table by the time we got Our drinks. Very impressive and enjoyable. If the Cedar Falls Arby’s would be like that, that would be amazing. Something needs to be done in Cedar Falls

Went in for a classic roast beef, but the place if very dated and old. After observing uncleanliness of the kitchen I headed out… Thanks but I’d rather not have a sandwich with with meat that has been sitting out. Eww…

Moldy bun, worst brisket I’ve ever had(greasy, overcooked, & microwaved?), & cold funny tasting disgusting fries.(old fryer grease?) I used to go here once a month, but this place has consistently disappointed me. This time was the worst. Went home & made mac & cheese and it was more satisfying. I will never eat at Arby’s again. This place is a health hazard.

I have always had really good service from this Arby’s. Today I went about 2 o’clock and got a market fresh sandwich and a shake. I was promptly greeted on the intercom with someone wanting to take my order. The voice was friendly and repeated my order back to me. But drive-through at this location is pretty narrow. If you have a very large vehicle you should opt to go inside. When I arrived at the window Cheryl greeted me. I’m going to guess that she was also the one who took my order. Again she verified my order and took my payment. I received my shake right away and only had to wait less than a minute for my food. Cheryl thinks me and told me to have a great day. She smiled and was sincere in her greetings. The customer service at this location has always been extremely good. I have never had any problems with my orders. They do a very nice job accuracy. They always ask me if I need any sauces at the pickup window. Thank you for giving me a consistently good experience.
