Culver’s

Terrible design. Because they were busy and having placed the soda dispenser in the seating area. They have tables in the way of the dispenser. Had nothing but issues get it filled and gave up on any refills. Felt cheated on drink price.

This is my lunch happy place. Yes, it’s fast food but they have healthy options. Their chicken sandwich is a million times better than the competition. Plus the side choices allow more than boring old fries. Maybe some day I’ll try the custard.

Delicious bacon burger & fries But it was terribly greasy. Literally dripped grease. Obviously the bacon & hamburger were not drained properly before placement on the bun. Fast service & polite employees.

Great experience here! Very clean and nice looking inside. Much nicer than the Waterloo location. Our food came out very shortly and everything was as expected when visiting Culver’s. Nothing if complain about!

If you like burger places then you’ll love Culvers. My first visit has left me impressed. My original butter burger was fresh and tasty — had it loaded all the way! Also ordered a vanilla shake which tasted great but was too thick to sip through a straw. Now I know why the cup says Cement Mixer!

This was the second time i ordered from this new Culver’s. I’ve never eaten inside, only from the drive thru.
I went at about 6:45pm and it was Busy in the drive thru. The line went pretty fast and there was the nice pleasant voice of Hanna coming thru the drive thru speaker. She was polite and patient.
The line went quick until the car ahead of me took forever at the window. Normally they have people who are going to take long pull ahead. My two year old was getting really upset waiting.
Hanna redeemed the situation at the window. She even recited my entire order at the window before she took my payment. It was refreshing that she seemed to care about her job. If not for Hanna I would have given the experience a 3 stars.
The food was okay. My boys got corn dogs and fries and chocolate custard. I got a single butter burger deluxe and fries and a strawberry shake. The shake was good but only served with a spoon. If I wanted to eat ice cream with a spoon I would have ordered a sundae.
My burger was okay but had so much cheese I couldn’t taste any other flavors or textures. The little bit of lettuce onion and tomato that was on it was tasteless and barely noticeable. I would have rather had a whopper. I do like the Kringle cut fries, niice change from other fast food places.
I’m sure I will be back since it’s about the only place by target. Just not my first choice for food. Bit thanks Hanna for the cheery service, you made my experience.
