Important Things to Know: –There is no drive through. –They do not accept Dairy Queen coupons unless the restaurant’s address is printed on the coupon itself. –They do not accept Dairy Queen giftcards. –There is no interior seating. –There is only a bench and a upside-down-and-in-tatters picnic bench for outdoor seating. –If there had been any sort of a line, there would have been a long wait. There was a single employee working in the middle of a hot summer day on a weekend. –Most importantly, THEYDONOTHAVECHOCOLATEICECREAM. I can go down to a gas station and get soft-serve chocolate ice cream, but this Dairy Queen does not have chocolate ice cream. I was informed that, if I wanted a Blizzard that usually used chocolate ice cream, they’d just use vanilla instead. The building is decorated with super-old Dairy Queen promotional posters that are so aged that they’re turning green(want to make a Blizzard look unappetizing? Make it green). This restaurant is built in what looks like it was an old barn. It was kinda cute, and I could maybe even forgive a lot of their issues… but I feel like having both of the two, very-basic ice cream flavors is kinda important, and the fact that they don’t seem to carry it means I’ll never be back.

Wow, this place gives Dairy Queen a bad name… went here and was told they don’t have chocolate ice cream. Staff was extremely rude when we wouldn’t accept a melting ice cream cone. Not to mention the ice cream we did get, sucked! I would recommend going a couple more miles to four queens.

This place is a dump. And the service stinks too. The outside is a barn. There is a trophy shop in the other half of the building. There is no seating inside but a picnic table outside. This is not the problem. Fresh paint, some landscaping and some nice outdoor seating would bring some curb appeal. Inside you order at one of two windows. Never are you greeted with a hello what can I get for you. Most often you get a look as they grunt at you that they will take your order. The entry way is dirty and full of old faded Dairy Queen posters with«sold out» or «unavailable» written over top of the photos. The menu board is one of those old ones with the removable letters that stick in the grooves. Looks really tacky. Spend the money and get rid of the old posters and get a real menu board. When you order a blizzard they have to go around in back out of sight to the blender. It’s super inefficient plus what is back there and do I want my ice cream back there? There layout doesn’t make any sense for their work flow. They do not sell cakes or food here. Outside or maybe a hot dog or walking taco. This is not our number one choice for Dairy Queen but if we are in the area we will go here. My suggestion is to clean up the outside and the entry way needs a remodel. A smile and greeting would go a long way too. My god you make ice cream, it can’t be that bad.

Show some basic pride… put a fresh coat of paint on the place and I will stop by and grab a frozen treat… Place looks like a creepy dump… not the image I want when taking kids out for Ice cream… the entire lot is an eye sore.
