I had a gift card to use. I called and was pleasantly surprised that they are open on the weekends. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I came through the door. Greta gave me a fabulous 55 minute massage. Very relaxing. Staff was very professional. I would recommend this business.

I’ve received a few massages here and each time, I’ve been very happy with the service provided, the professional atmosphere and techniques. I’ve gone to other massage studios in the Cedar Valley and still prefer Elements Massage.

My massage experience was mediocre at best. Until moving to Iowa I was getting massages on a regular basis and I also worked at a spa so I am familiar with massage techniques and skills. Unfortunately this was the least relaxing and most unskilled massage I have ever had. Not only did the therapist talk throughout the session but I felt like they were not well-​educated on massage techniques and caused me pain several times. To be fair I only saw one therapist at Elements but it makes me question the requirements in place for hiring. Especially for the price, this is not the best option in town. I would suggest looking elsewhere for your massage needs.
