Homophobic & horrible after I used a ladies pen she picked it up with two fingers & threw it away & then proceeded to tell the other associate I don’t want to catch the gay flu & sneered. I wrote an email to their corporate office the answer I got back was. «We are aware of the problem & are trying to train our sales associates to be more open.

Stopped in today to look at some new frames and was really pleasantly greeted by Susan. She helped me pick out A great pair of glasses and a pair of clearance sunglasses that kept me in my budget. I really can’t say enough about how super helpful and cool she was while she went through the entire process with me. I walked out with my new glasses and look forward to picking up the other pair next week. Missed one star because the blonde manager working was super cranky and rude to everyone in the store. Don’t recommend talking with her if you stop in.
