I’ve just had a first house cleaning done by them and my wife is really amazed with the quality of their work. Now we have more time to play with children in a clean house.

It’s not true that all reviews here are bad and to bash the service that the customer experienced. People come here to give their good and bad experiences. I think it is fair to do both.
I for one was sold on the salesman that I spoke to. However, the service was so-​so. The «labor» hours is confusing to most people. The initial cleaning was scheduled for 4 hours, in which there were 2 maids here for two hours. The theory is «labor» hours counting for 2 hours multiplied by the amount of people. Technically, they were here for 2 hours of cleaning, but billed for «four.»
There were many places not dusted and for the amount of money spent, they should all be dust free. The post cleanup call was very helpful and appreciated. It was after their «24 hour» guarantee that we spotted the missing work. After my call back to the company, they could not honor someone to come out to finish the work. As a new customer, I think a little more service would have kept us as a repeat customer. Not too many people are going to climb up a step ladder within 24 hours to double check for dust not handled in the initial cleaning. We pay top dollar for people to clean, not to double check their work.

This is my first time using a cleaning serivce. I’ve used MaidPro (Cedar Grove) services for several months now and I couldn’t be more pleased. I keep my condo relatively neat and clean, but I love returning to an extra clean home. The few times I have had they day off, I noticed the ladies show up on time and are efficient. They even clean the items I don’t use or see everyday (i.e. dust on framed art, etc).
