This is hands down the worst printing center I’ve ever been to! The woman at the printing center actually tried to talk my fiancé out of using their service and acted like it was a giant inconvenience…

I went into the store and to get my computer repaired. It had a virus on it, and needed quickly. Since I am a student I was worried about the price and how long I would be without it. The technicians totally bs’d me. I know that because I took it to a «real» computer repair place that is not a chain. Shame on you for ripping me off! If I could give a ¼ of a star, I would!

I stopped by this Staples location one day to have something printed and it was just unpleasant. I wanted to have something printed on labels that I had bought but needed a place to print. This horrible rotund chick who was really snippy goes, «You can’t use those labels, you can only use the labels we have for the printer.» I told her that I’ve been to other Staples and they’ve allowed me print with my own supply. She answers, «Well, they’re not supposed to! We’ll print them here once but next time we can’t.» SHEESH!!! Someone hates her life…
Thank goodness another lady at the copy center was willing to help me out. Was even nice enough to print a couple of test prints for me to check the color quality.
I ended up not using them for the job. Their machine colors were off.
Never going to this branch ever again!
