@#$!^%@^ they need new people. new! i ordered a bacon whopper cheeseburger. The cheese was halfway of the meat and on the side of the burger, sticking to the bun and wrapper. So i took it to the cashier and i told her to look at it. She looked confused and i said look at the cheese. SHESAID«THATSHOWWEMAKEIT».

Well such for me deserving breakfast I only been here a couple times now and it’s always the same excuses for not having the correct orders and the horrible wait times. I am just saying it’s a fast place and there is no reason why they should take this long for a simple food order. The last time I was here they only one person running the store and today the didn’t put my order in even though I just ordered it at the drive through. Horrible services this one burger King sucks don’t even bother to come here at all and waste your time.

On almost every visit the people kindly take your order and all we have ordered has been fresh. The fiery chicken fries are great. A place like this deserves 5 stars but we have yet to explore a dine-in visit!

Ate here last Friday but just now getting around to this. Food was ok. It is burger King so no major complaints on the food. The service however was lacking. You could tell that the folks working here were just doing thier time till the shift ended. To bad it was lunch time. To many options near here that are probably better places to eat so I will not bother with this bk again.

I went there with an open mind to see if it was a good fast food restaurant, I was happy on how fasting got my order but then I opened the bag the order was wrong and they have poor costumer service. It’s not a place I would recommend.

They do not speak english. I ordered mushroom & swiss and they tried to give me double cheeseburgers. Then gave me attitude because I wanted my money back since they couldn’t understand what I wanted. I tried telling them 5 times what I wanted!

The ice cream machine was broken it seemed like the entire summer. I went with my kids at least 4 times to get the .50 cone and every time the machine was broken. Customer service is the worst!

Terrible! Terrible! I have been here 4 times since it opened. Each time I have been there they have gotton my order wrong. I order a ham, egg, and cheese bisquit they give me a bacon, egg, and cheese etc. The employees are ghetto and low class and could care less about your order being correct. But what do you exspect they work at burger king. I drive all the way to the Desoto, burger king to avoid dealing with these idiots.

I went back again today to use my gift card in the drivethru. I was treated like second class. She said the card wouldn’t work and it was my problem and then said goodbye. I had handed her first my completed survey for a free sandwich and then the $ 2.82 left gift card. They didn’t take it yesterday so I called and confirmed it was working. They could have just took 2.82 off but no she argued with me instead. I insisted on buying my lunch and she charged me full price and handed me back my completed survey they had entitled me to a free sandwich. The first hispanic girl couldn’t get the card to swipe and asked how much was left on the card, I said $ 2.82. Then she handed the card to another hispanic and they started chatting in spanish in front of me. Then she said no this is your problem and handed me the card like i was trying to use fraud while you could clearly see it is Burger King gift card purchased 5 months ago. She then said ok, good bye. I said no I still want my food but I am going to report this Gift Card problem because I called yesterday and they said the card was good and you all had a problem getting it to work. She refused. As I drove away from the rudeness, I noticed she charged my debit card the ful price and had handed me my completed survey receipt back. I was overcharged and had my gift card refused. I won’t be going back after I go back to get a refund later today. The food is ok but not for that kind of treatment.
