Domino’s Pizza

Placed an order 2 hours ago, and still have not received it. I called the store 8 times and no answer. I will not be ordering from this location again.

These most recent reviews are right on the money. This has to be the most worst location and management ever in Cedar Hill. This joint has to NOT care about business and profit. Last week I had a late night pizza craving and drove to the location. The store hours read CLOSED for inside at 12 am and OPEN for delivery until 1 am. At that time, it was just shy of 12 am. So I sat in my car to call in a delivery order. I can see a black female (who appeared to be leaving for the night) and a slender white male through the glass frames who were talking. THE PHONE JUST RANG AND RANG! I sat there for awhile JUST TO SEE how long they allow the phone to ring. Neither employee was phased by the incoming call. Finally after about 9 rings, yep you read right, the male slowly and lazily answered the phone seeming very disappointed that the caller didn’t hang up. He got his wish alright – I hung up IN HIS FACE. No way did I want that man to touch a pizza that I will be eating. Nevertheless, my night ended with no pizza.
This experience brought me back to another one that occurred months ago… Now I see why I’ve waited so long to try them again… However, I called in a delivery around 11 pm for my daughter’s sleepover. A male answered and told me the stations were already shut down for the night. I asked him the store hours and he said we close at midnight. I proceeded to ask him again of why my delivery can not be processed. Once again he stated the above… ONCE AGAIN I asked the store hours… ONCE AGAIN… I’m sure you get it.
Never, and I MEAN NEVER will this place receive my business. And I just may make a phone call to corporate.

Incompetence and laziness are its finest. Walked in to an empty store, gave order name, was told to wait. 5 minutes later, a 2^nd «employee» (not should if I should even go that far, since they aren’t capable of doing their job) asks for my info, I give it a 2^nd time, waited another 5 minutes. Then I get up practically shout it should be ready, since it was placed 40 mins ago, then they inform me they don’t even have an order. That’s when I get angry, «why didn’t you tell me that 15 minutes ago, when I gave 2 separate employees my name?»

I guess this establishment is scared of a little rain, and okay with losing money! Smh I called inquiring about delivery and was told they weren’t able to do that on this Saturday night !! Wth! Oh well Pizza Hit is currently on the way with my family’s pizza craving!

I love this location they always cook the pizza perfectly and good amount of toppings. We order pizza about once a week in my home because my daughters are pizza crazy and they never disappoint us. The deliver guys are always very polite, so we will continue to order from this location.

First and foremost Dominoes is so underrated! We ordered a pan pizza, chicken, and their AMAZING bacon and jalapeño cheese bread. Their pizza is so delicious with the perfect ratio of soft dough and crispy crust. And their buffalo chicken isn’t drenched in sauce like other places and has a great taste. We ordered online and and could watch the process of our order. It gave us a 55minute wait time but the guy actually got here in 25 minutes IN BAD WEATHER! Anyways, I never rate things like this but I was just pleasantly surprised of the service and food. We will be ordering here again for sure!

Good pizza — great delivery. Fast and hot every time!

My mom love this place she aways call them to bring her food to the house. So every time I bring the kids to see her she pizza waiting for the kids to eat it with her.

The worst wings ever, and barely any toppings on their pizzas! The Manager was rude when I told him about the terrible wings! They say that they want feedback? Your wings are crappy!
