its 3 days before christmas of course the store is gonna be a mess however the floor ppl are rude like they didnt expect people to come in and mess up the racks? the line to check out was about 50 ppl long and the cashiers were very slow the line to check out was literally so long it reached all the way to the back of the store isle… ridiculous management obviously!!! why would you be understaffed the busiest shopping time of the year? i decided to leave because waiting an hour in line at ross just to pay for my items. just didnt appeal to me.

This store is hit or miss. More often then not, the racks are so picked over I don’t bother and just leave. But if you catch them when they’ve recently restocked, you can find some good deals on lots of great stuff.
But that’s if you don’t mind waiting in long lines. I’ve never been here when the line isn’t ridiculous. I’ve decided before the one or two things I planned to buy just were not worth the wait. I’m not sure why they don’t hire more people, as usually only 2 or three registers are open.
The staff has always been nice and helpful, I think the issues are management ones.

In general I’m not a huge fan of Ross but on the this day the store was clean, organized and easy to find what you.needed. in addition to clothes and shoes for the entire family they have household items to help y out make your house a home.
What I appreciate most a Ross is that their clothes are less expensive than both.

Very poor inventory compared to the other Ross’ around the area.
Their customer service is very rude. NO ONE WILL HELP YOU, SMILE AT YOU, OR SAY HELLO TO YOU WHEN YOU WALK IN. The only things I have purchased from here were a pair of slippers for my grandma and a couple of small electronics. The lady with the short bright pink hair was the one to check me out. She didn’t even make eye contact with me or say hi to me when I walked up to the register, and she literally threw my things into the bag and handed me my receipt. Actually, she dropped my receipt because she didn’t want to look at me and I had to reach over and get it. She didn’t say a word to me the entire time, not even my total.
I was soooo offended and I will never return to this location ever again. I don’t like dealing with B-​words! I don’t care how terrible your day has been, don’t take your personal feelings out on a customer who did nothing to you.
