Stay away from these guys. They always had great customer service skills but they just ruined my wife’s two favorite shirts. Didn’t even care to tell us. Just put a note on one of them saying they tried but couldn’t get the stain out. The stain was not even there before! Whoever was doing her clothes needs to be re-​retrained and taught some lessons in integrity! Thanks for ruining my wife’s night!

After reading all the great reviews and trying a few other places which were disappointments, I took my husbands work clothes here. I told the young lady at the front that I hadn’t been able to find a good dry cleaner and that I was hoping this would be the one. I told her that previous places weren’t actually cleaning the shirts and were leaving crushed/​broken buttons on the shirts. She assured me everything would be fine. I came back the next day and while I should have checked the shirts there, I brought them home. I unpacked them and noticed that the still smelt exactly like my husband. I investigated a little deeper and not only were the STILL broken buttons, but there were stains, and some shirts were heavy starch, others were medium, and some didn’t look like they had been starched at all! I was furious! I brought the clothes back in and let them know what the issues were the young man said the owner was on he way back from the plant (yes that means they don’t actual launder onsite, but send the clothes off) and he would let him know. My husbands name is on the account and he called him to apologize, said he will fix everything and expedite the order for the next day, but didn’t say a time. I came back in the next day about 4:00pm to pick up and they hadn’t come back from the plant yet, and would be after 5:00pm. So much for «expedited.» I told my husband and told him he is going to have to drive out their after work to get them. He arrived at 5:15pm and the owner was there personally fixing the buttons that had been broken and was finishing the folding. In the time he was waiting he told me that they gave the wrong wedding dress to a customer who luckily noticed in the parking lot and brought it right back in and couldn’t find other customers items. My husband waited 30+ minutes and the owner STILL wasn’t done with the 8 shirts. My husband was even more furious then me at this point and just said just give them all to me and I will fix them myself! Lets just politely say that we will never be going back and I highly recommend that you don’t waste your time! This was the WORST dry cleaning experience I have ever had!

Staff is friendly and we’ll informed. They did an excellent job with my shirts and even sewed a button back on when one had fallen off before I brought it in. Great value too!
