Giving this place one star simply because I can not give less.
I am going to skip the EXTREME runaround between this location and the Desoto and Lewisville locations I got up to the point where they told me they could install a hitch on my car… trust me, it was ridiculous… and go right to my experience this morning.
I was told they had my parts ready and made an appointment for 10am today. Got there and was told the person who is going to install it LEFT the place to go have a meeting somewhere and probably would be about an hour.
I reminded them I made it clear I was going to wait on the install when I made the appointment and could not wait so long. They then asked if I could just bring it back later in the day and made some lame excuses about the rain and putting it on a rack etc. etc. as if this made any difference since the installer wasn’t even there.
This was the last straw. After the stupidity I had to deal with even getting the parts, and then this runaround I will just take my business elsewhere.
