They ran the operation more like a car dealer than a doctors office. They sold me a lemon cpap machine, which a sorts of noises during the night, which disturbed my family and the incompetent technician could not find the the problem. The nasty office manager Kelly would not help me. Worse yet, the doctor, Fredrick Scoupa was even nasty. He claimed that if it just bothered my family they should wear ear plugs. All in a all the Dr. was making decisions by was good for him financially. He could care less what was medically necessary.

The doctors are all fine, but like others have said, the front end staff and billing department are AWFUL. Appointment was in January, insurance was promptly billed. I however was NOT billed, even after calling to ask, nothing. And now in March they have very«kindly» submitted my account to collections. Really? REALLY??? …never again.

DONOT use this office. They create billing nightmares! Its been over 2 years since my last visit and I just received a bill from them 2 weeks ago. The office staff has never been pleasant when I went and is a shame because the doctors are actual decent.

This is an excellent practice and is without a doubt the best in the area in terms of pulmonary and allergy care. My children have seen Dr. Oppenheimer and Dr. Gary Kohn and the care has been absolutely great with wonderful results. I see Dr. Capone for sleep apnea. I can confidently say that you will not likely find another doctor that is more knowledgeable and passionate about this disorder that Dr. Capone. These guys get an A+

Went here from recommendation from other doctors. Doctors are fine but the receptionist are awful. I had problems getting a prescription as a new patient after I had seen the Dr. I waited 2 hrs at the pharmacy for them to rectify the situation and got attitude from one of the office managers on the phone. The people I spoke to were polite but they kept handing me off to other people. In one conversation I spoke with 4 different people and told them the same story. Thats a bit ridiculous if you ask me. I think their downfall is the size of their practice. Its too big with too many doctors and not enough trained staffing behind them. I was a new patient but not any more,… I will definitely be taking my business someplace else. Not a great first impression.
