Dr. Tepper is really nice but most of the rest of the staff is rude and unfriendly. When I’ve had an appointment I either feel rushed out the door, unheard by the staff, or like I’m wasting their time. I work in the medical field so I’m well aware of how important customer service is. Let’s hope they step it up; as for me, I’ll be continuing my care elsewhere.

Heard good things about the docs here but the receptionists are rude and there is no wait list for earlier appointment times which means if you want an earlier day/time than whatever is available when you make your appointment, you have to keep calling back every day/hour/etc to see if someone canceled. This is incredibly inefficient and a total waste of time for you. And if you call every hour you might miss a cancellation, but it seems pointless to call every 15 or 30 min. I have other doctors with fabulous wait list systems and very kind and professional receptionists, not the kind that are always trying to hang up the phone on you.

I have been going here for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If my appointment is at 2, thats the time I will actually be seen!!! Dr G is great, never rushes me and always listens.

It is absolutely ridiculous how long I have to wait, almost 45 minutes, for a scheduled appointment. Years ago, I would wait 10 – 15 minutes before I am called in to the patient room. Now, its ATLEAST45 minutes. Second off, the patient doctor relationship is slowly dissipating. It is turning into a full medical business and the lack of interest and concern is disappointing. I am for doctors making money, however, I am against doctors loss of interest in patients health. Very disappointed. The only reason they have 2 stars is because they perform the blood work in there office.

What prevents me from giving this center more stars is their wait times. When you have a little one with you, every minute counts. On average, I would sit on their general wait room from 15−30mins; then sit an extra 15minutes in the examination before seeing the doctor. My most recent visit, me and my 3 year old son were sitting in the wait room for an HOUR before being escorted to our examination room. Just as we entered, there was another patient inside and I was asked to sit back in the general waiting room. I learned immediately that the other patients were waiting for similar amount of time. After another 20 minutes had past, my sick son was quite irritable. Ultimately, I expressed my disdain to the office staff and requested my co-payment back. Their reply was that they were STILL waiting for a room for my son. Completely unacceptable. If it wasn’t for the fact that Dr. Gibbions, Dr. Gopin and Dr. L. Moss(cardiologist) are amazing, have wonderful bedside manners and are attentive, I wouldn’t have brought my family here for the past 2 years. Unfortunately, that incident was the last straw and I am in the process of finding a new family doctor.
