Every time I go to this place there is always an issue with the order. Ice cream cone, machine not working. Qtr pounder you have to wait until they make some. Lemonade in the summer. «oh we are out». Renovation nice but need to work on the service part of it

The recent renovation they did to this mcdonalds makes it seem like an entirely new place. For a fast food place the food was quick, the staff very polite, and the restaurant was clean. What gets them the 5⁄5 was the woman at the counter welcoming me when I walked in and saying goodbye as I left.

Pretty decent for a McDonalds… I love the lady who works the drive-thru in the early morning –she’s fabulous. My only gripe is the fact that occasionally, they are not open by 5:30am. Nothing more irritating than driving through the drive-thu at 5:45, only to be told«we will reopen at 5:30…» um, HELLO?

The only place I have ever had to call so they can service the three cars waiting in the drive-thru. The only way this place survives is because of location. Orders wrong, small fry in a large container, cold food, watered down drinks… If you are going north, stop in Schererville. If you are going south, drive fast because the next food stop is a long ways away.

I stop at the BP to get gas and usually get a coffee or a bite to eat here. The bathrooms are clean and my orders are correct. Can’t really ask for more from McDonald’s.
