This business has a great website and it even shows having a storefront which is relatively local for me. There is no storefront. I went there. When I called and said, «I’m trying to come to your store but I’m in a subdivision.», I was told very rudely that«we don’t do walk-in business». I answered stiffly that it would have been nice to have said that on the website rather than list the location as if it was a store. Then, the«lady» hung up on me. I might have sounded exasperated after driving 20 miles but I was polite when I said it. Now, the funny part is that I was looking for a fast source for a major order for scarves that my business is making. While I wouldn’t expect somebody to open their home to a stranger; an apology for the website misinfo would have been appropriate. And, the hanging up, sheesh!
