Dr Cheng is wonderful! Always good with my teenagers and helpful when we have need last minute forms or prescription filled.

My kiddos love Dr. Cheng! I was concerned when we were assigned to him because we haven’t had the best luck with pediatricians, but he is amazing. He listens to the parents without interruptions and always tries to find a solution that he feels is best for both the parents and the child. He takes input when it comes to the kiddos and makes suggestions. If it doesn’t work out, he tweaks the treatment, but always gives all the options before prescribing. He is friendly and very patient.
His office staff could learn some manners, but that should be no reflection on Dr. Cheng! I’m happy to finally have a good pediatrician!

We’ve been going to ARC discovery for about 5 years. Dr Cheng is our primary — my kids love him! He is personable and listens to concerns. No issues with nurses or front office staff and wait times are usually relatively minimal.

Round Rock, TX
When we moved up north into Round Rock, we needed a new pediatrician and decided to go to the ARC Discovery location because we knew it was nothing but pediatricians. We chose Dr. Cheng blindly but absolutely love him!
He’s always been very thorough, answers any and all questions with thought (despite some doctors disregarding a parent’s concerns), and is very personable. Our daughter really likes him as well, which is always a plus (I know children can be iffy with doctors). We’ll be using him for our second child we’re expecting at the end of the month!
On a side note, I’ve also never had any issues with the front staff or nurses!

My two sick boys and I met Dr Cheng at ARC after hours in RR by chance. He has since become their pediatrician and has been fabulous. He takes time with them during all appointments. He is knowledgeable and compassionate. I appreciate his patience and attention to the children. Not only does he address all of my concerns, but he answers all of the random questions my children have.
