Craving Vapor

Great place to pick up vap supplies. Onsight mixing of juices. Discount card and good sale on my new set up. Moving to east texas and picked up enough stuff to last me for a month or more. They stay open later than their competitor that i normally use.

When I went in here, the manager was in the back vaping away surfing the internet saw me, and totally ignored me. No one greeted me as I waled in the door. The employees were sitting down on the couches watching TV. I was looking through the selection of juices and the sales person JCavazos looked put out and didn’t really help me at all. When I paid, the cashier never thanked me or asked me to come back. The customer service here really lacks. I know the manager Dawn through other vape shops and shes a total bitch who thinks shes Gods gift to the vaping world. She’s rude, unprofessional, and very unpleasant to be around. I was told me she treats everyone like that and not a lot of people like her. I now see why customer service lacks in that store. She used to work at All About Vapor and there she wasn’t a nice person. I will NEVER go back to this store, I have connections in the vaping industry and I will not recommend this store to friends or ANYONE. I don’t care about how good of selection the store store has, if you have poor management, you do don’t get my business. Theirs plenty of other vape shops in Austin that actually care about you and your business.

This place is terrible. The service is awful. they always are out of product the rewards program is terrible I honestly do not have one nice thing to say about this place. I would avoid this place at all costs. I am fairly new to vaping scene and I am always looking for honest and knowledgeable people. You will not find those type of people at craving vape!!!

First time customer and first time vapor! The man behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be visiting again!

Big store and a lot to offer everyone from new vapers to the more seasoned ones. I went in there looking for a drip tip for my Uwell Crown tank and ended up getting a real nice Quartz glass trinity one. Pretty relaxed vibes and a lot of hardware. Their juice selection is the best I’ve seen in Austin to date in terms of Gourmet lines. Go check them out, you’ll be happy you did.

Staff is super helpful. I’m a beginner and I didn’t feel silly asking questions. I’ll go back!

These guys are beyond awesome! The staff is super helpful and friendly and took the time to explain how to use my new set up. I’ve been vaping nearly two years and had been doing it wrong, because nobody (at the other vape shops) took the time to make sure I really understood! My long-​term goal is to be nicotine-​free and now I’m on the right track. Went in with a crappy battery/​tank and using 12mg and left with a bad ass set (with lifetime warranty!) using 6mg and have been doing great with it!
I won’t go anywhere else!

The folks here are very polite and seem willing to help. Other vape stores I’ve been to wait till you talk to them to provide assistance and seem more interested in socializing with the folks that frequent the place. Prices are fair and you get what you pay for. Great selection.
