We have had a horrible experience with this place. The people that work there are rude and not helpful and they are also incompetent.
We set up an appointment two weeks in advance and they called two hours prior to the appointment stating that they need to have a procedure done prior to providing the treatment we need. All this on a Holiday so many offices are closed.
This is a place people go for medical needs! Refusing treatment until they need their paperwork in place 2 hours prior to the appointment? On a Holiday? Lazy slackers.
I am Disgusted with this place and looking for other options.
Can I give it negative 5 stars? I had to pick 1 star but they don’t deserve a single one.
