Both my wife and I are coffee addicts, and started coming to this DD/Baskin-Robbins combo store when they opened because of the cheap deals new-store-specials on iced coffee. Surprise — I now prefer DD Dark Roast than any other coffee. The trick? Make absolutely sure its fresh. More than 20 minutes old… pass. When you become a regular someplace, you learn every trick — so here are our tricks. Get the DD app and earn the points, bonuses, and specials. Bring your own cup, its 99¢. Fill out the survey on the receipt and get a free donut. On any 31st a scoop of ice cream is $ 1.31. The half-price ice cream cakes are just as good. The breakfast sandwiches are much better than you would imagine. The staff here in the afternoon/evening are friendly, helpful, and happy to give out samples. Things get backed up easily, though, so be prepared for a wait if the there are a couple of families ahead of you getting ice cream samples. The drive-through can can back up pretty easily between 7:30 and 9:00AM. And the parking lot after six can be a real mess because of the karaōke bar in the same mini-strip.

Being a Mass. native, I occasionally need my Dunkin fix. I went here Saturday morning with my grand daughter after a trip to a local park. The counter clerk was great; He was engaging, personable and helpful. The place was clean(Including restrooms). My Boston crème donut was delicious, the coffee was good and hot and my sweetie loved her ice cream. Why only three stars? Not enough staff. The clerk was doing everything humanly possible to serve everyone quickly but the line moved slowly. This is not the first time I have encountered slow service here so I guess that management is not paying attention. Actually, I have never seen anyone at this location that seemed to be a manager. I hope that someone sees this review and reacts. Slow service is no way to grow a business.

I go here every single morning to get the same exact iced coffee. I always get an iced coffee with extra cream which looks almost like milk. This morning I was handed a drink that was dark in color with chocolate syrup inside. Nicely, I smiled and said«are you sure this is my order?» Rudely the woman at the window said«taste it and see.» So I taste it and it tastes like chocolate milk. So, again nicely I said«This is not iced coffee» She snapped at me «Well I didn’t make it so I don’t know what you want me to tell you!» I’m sorry but you do not treat a customer that way! Especially one who is at your store EVERY morning. I’m really disappointed.

Ice-cream not to bad Donuts I’d give them 4 stars, not the greatest but Good for the price. Now if you want anything pumpkin don’t do it it’s usually nasty. I always try the new pumpkin items and I’m always disappointed. I tried the new Pumpkin cheese cake square and it wasn’t even as pictured and it was nasty tasting Oh well, I think another 6 month hiatus from this place is in order.

The donuts at this Dunkin and every other one I’ve tried in the last several years just aren’t as good as they used to be. They taste like they are frozen and cooked at the store rather than fried fresh at the store. The munchkins are still pretty good though and if I get donuts here I choose them. The coffee is good and strong, so that a plus for them.

Came for milkshakes with my kids. Was told the blender was broke. Decided on hot fudge sundaes. Out of hot fudge. Settled for cones. Cones were stale. Store was dirty and staff all looked and acted high. not coming back.

Seriously! How hard is it to toast the wake up wraps? I takes kids here every sunday and the quality of food and service is going down hill at this location. Either i wrong cream cheese on my bagel or my bagel is not toasted when i ask for it. Or my bagel is overly toasted so that i cant bite into. I get wake up wraps for kids since its easy for kids to eat and bit into. But look at these pictures and decide for yourself if these even look appetizing or how can kids even bite into these burnt eggs and tortillas. Hopefully the franchisee takes a note and does something about it. Just sucks!

I did not want to leave any stars for this location! this place is full of the worst attitudes and they don’t wear gloves when handling your food. He wants to hand my daughter an ice cream cone after scratching his face and touching their headsets, asking them to wear gloves means you will get a cone thrown in the trash and a nasty response. This is the second time this happens to us, three different employees. thought we would give this place another chance, no way!!! Poor employee training DUNKIN Donuts.

Love this DD! I stop by several times a week when either heading into work or coming home. I love their cookie dough iced coffee and was really sad when they took it off the menu. It has recently been put back on and I couldn’t be happier!!! The staff at this location are always super friendly and have contagious smiles :) I usually go through the drive thru but the few times I have gone in the restaurant is always in good order and very clean. Although DD donuts are not my favorite their kolaches are very good and I usually order a few.

Horrible service. My order is never right. I consistently have to move up to a parking spot for several minutes after waiting in line for a while. Was good when it first opened but has gone way down hill since then. Service is better inside.

Came in here with my wife, I was going to order hey breakfast sandwich combo, however I was told they do not have any eggs thawed. My wife was going to order a banana split, however we were told that they do not have any bananas. Would only recommend this place for someone who is willing to eat what they have to offer on any given day, not what they show on the menu. We left without ordering anything. I attached a picture, it is of the trash can at 11:07 a.m.

I really really want this DnD to be great but it just isn’t. The service is inconsistent at best and they are always out of products. I’ve been a dozen or so times and the drive thru screws up the order every. Single. Time. Today I tried to order a sesame bagel. Out. Plain bagel? Out. Chive cream cheese? Nada. The only good thing about this location is the pumpkin spice coffee and the munchkins when they have any in stock. Such a disappointment.

No stars for this DD location. The service is the absolute worst. A kid by the name of Ethan had an exceptionally bad attitude. He refused to get my 3 bags of ground coffee that I wanted added to the order. The place was dirty and they do a poor job of inventory management. I’ll never return to this location. I wish I would have read the poor reviews prior to going.

Yet another poorly managed location with several employees with bad attitudes.(They weren’t all bad, there is occasionally one of two friendly cordial people working at this location) We just made our 6th and final visit to this location. After dealing with the robust personality taking our order, to the consistently poor food quality and high costs this is our last and final visit. Just doesn’t make sense when their is a McDonald’s/What-a-burger/Sonic 1 block away at half the cost and much better quality.

The only bad thing about this Dunkin is that they never have multigrain bagels…

I’ve always liked Dunkin Donuts, but come in close for a second… I don’t actually like their donuts. I know! But what I do love is their coffee and how inexpensive they are. This is the nearest location to me but it’s a 40 minute round trip from my house so I don’t come here too often. I keep hearing that Leander is going to expand in the way that Cedar Park has and I hope that is true. I may not like their donuts, but I’ve tried some of the breakfast sandwiches and they aren’t bad. I like getting the egg white flatbreads and have had both the veggie and turkey sausage ones. The flatbread itself tastes a little like cardboard but for fast food, and at only 280 calories a piece, it’s a nice option. I order both their hot and iced coffees. The only flavor I’ve tried is the sugar free vanilla which was fine, but I usually stick to non flavored coffee here. My husband loves the Maple frosted donuts and occasionally I will get a bagel. Again, none of their food is anything mind blowing but it’s okay for on the go.

Every time I turn around, they are putting up new businesses close to me. I spotted this Dunkin Donuts on a recent trip to LakeLine mall area. Stopped by one morning for a quick breakfast while on vacation. Well, it is a donut shop so there were plenty of choices of donuts. No raspberry filled with powder sugar so I settled for a raspberry filled granulated sugar one. Why is it so hard to find powdered sugar covered raspberry filled donuts in Texas. The gentleman waiting on me kept talking about a free coffee with a travel mug. Maybe it was me not understanding or he was explaining it wrong. I thought I had to buy the travel mug and I got free coffee. I didn’t want a travel mug. So I order just a medium coffee. Guess I was wrong. The mug and coffee together were free. Yeah, I love free. I had breakfast for less than a dollar. The coffee wasn’t bad and the donut hit the spot.(It would have been better with powdered sugar.) They have several tables for dining in. The store was very clean. Plenty of parking in the front and on the sides. Did I mention, it partnered with Baskins Robbins ice cream. Yes, in the same store. You can bet I will be back.

Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins in one! Donut/ice cream heaven! Very clean location and always have plenty of munchkins no matter what time of the day it is. Some Dunkin’ Donuts run out early and stop making them after certain hours. The staff is super friendly and prompt. Seating indoor and outdoor.

If I want a donut chances are I won’t come to Dunkin. But if I want a nice breakfast on the go with an iced coffee, this hits the spot. Their hashbrowns are really good. They have a hint of rosemary and at 99 cents a good deal! I like to get that with a sausage wakeup wrap. But why I really come is I really like their iced coffee. Get some yummy mocha and milk and sugar and its my sweet treat!
