great location, but its only been open 6 weeks and the place is so dirty. the floors in the locker room/​kids area are so nasty. every glass door has smudges and the staff just doesnt seem to care when Ive told them several times. the girls in the kids area arent the friendliest either. i just dont like paying for laziness i guess.

The gym is fine, brand new, lots of good stuff. But apparently getting the myPath app to work is impossible. Been going back and forth with their IT folks for more than a week and still getting same error message as when I started. It usually takes them two days to even respond. Oh well, some extra frustration to channel into workouts, I guess.
Also, they don’t seem to have as many ab machines as even the tiny downtown location. Doesn’t everyone want better abs?
And one last gripe, there are only TWO recumbent bikes in the whole place. WTH? And only two regular bikes in the main room. Guess they need a way to make you pay for the spinning classes (there are more bikes in a separate room, but you have to pay extra).

Awesome new gym. Pool jacuzzi, lots of cardio machines including cardio cinema. Nice free weights area. I have only taken one class which was great.

I have been a member of gold gym for over three years. There is no other chain gym that has the quality of equipments and great staff. All of their gyms are well taken care of and clean. They are always improving and fixing the equipment. They have great well rounded offing of classes and trainers. This new gym on cypress is hands down the niceest gym I have ever walking into. The cost of a monthly membership is very affordable for this caliber of the gym.

Awesome gym with a wide range of machines and free weights. The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. The variety of classes assures that your training will never become stagnant. 100% recommend this gym. It is definitely my new permanent training location.

I’m giving this place one star because the service I received was terrible. The gym is pre-​signing with a $ 9.99 enrollment fee. I inquired how much the monthly fee would cost and it was not in my budget. When i told him i could not sign up he just hung up on me. What a díçk.
