This is a wonderful store, that is very well aware, that it has to at least match or be lower than your typical online prices for shoes at
. You can expect a good selection, many interesting colors, wonderful service, and a pretty decent return policy. The staff is extremely quick and this is our go to place now for Converse shoes. I will be honest that just about every other shoe store in the mall was empty, but this place was truly hopping.

I will NEVER EVER go to this store and buy any merchandise again. And I used to bring them a lot of business. I went into Journeys to buy my 11 year old son a pair of skate shoes he is an avid skater. Anyways they had nothing in his shoes size. Nothing. He wears a 7. Then the sales girl tells me adamantly that she can order them online and have them to me in 2 – 3 business days. I was reluctant and really thought about it and didn’t want to do it as he needed the shoes now. But she insisted they would be there. So I went ahead and ordered the shoes. I called customer service and was told they were in Transit and would be at my house by the end of the day in a couple days just like the girl said. Well the couple days came and went NO SHOES. I called Journeys customer service again and they said the package was lost! WTF? The package was lost and nobody contacted me? The only thing they can do is reorder the shoes. They wouldn’t give me a discount or anything. And now I still have no shoes and still have to wait for them
To come. That is the last time I do any business with this place ever. The sales girl should be reprimanded for telling the customers incorrect information. This place has really really gone downhill over the years.

I think this might be the first time I’ve reviewed a store in the mall because for some reason I just don’t normally think to. Anyhow, I stopped into Journey’s today. I was looking for boots and was making my way between the big department stores with the huge selections. On a whim, I decided to make the turn into this little store. The only time I had bought anything from Journey’s was in Illinois a few months ago, a pair of Tom’s. I knew they had some things I liked. Anyway! I walked into the store, and the two young gentlemen working there (who looked maybe a bit like they could be gamer nerds, which my husband is, so that’s not meant to be offensive, just an observation) were SO nice and friendly from the get-​go! Then, this one guy kept suggesting boots for me and bringing them out for me to try (pushing them on me, actually, but in a strikingly non-​annoying way). I like it when salespeople have opinions about what’s cute and how to wear something rather than just being like, «what size can I get for you?» This guy ended up convincing me to buy TWO pairs of boots and I couldn’t help but feel I was being completely charmingly swindled! But in a good way! The boots are really adorable and comfortable and now I can’t decide which ones I want to wear first. :(I just love me some good customer service and I think this little store at the mall really fits the bill. Go here first for your shoes/​boots! If nothing else you will get free fashion advice. :-)

I brought my daughter to this location last weekend during the Texas Sales Tax exemption weekend/​Back To School shopping. The young employees were genuinely outgoing, fun, responsive, and appreciative. I know these 20-​somethings probably had better things to do on a weekend day, but they seemed to enjoy their job and working together. My daughter wanted some Toms and had to try on a few pairs to get the right size and the young guy helping her did a great job. We will be back — cute casual shoes, Vans, etc.

This here shoe sellery is a hoot and a holler. I done went in here for some new fangled work boots and boy howdy did i get me some of them there doctor martens. All the gals in there is mighty purdy in the mouth and rear end sections. They even done went and recommended me some cool foot warmers they call socks. Im fixen to bring my mama here
