La Petite Academy

I do not have a child here but my rating is based on the bad experience I had today when I showed up for a SCHEDULED tour in hopes to find a great place for my 12 week old son. This afternoon my husband, baby, and I show up at this establishment for a 3pm tour which was scheduled days ago (husband took off early from work to come with). When we arrived, the person at the front desk said that both of the Directors were out doing bus run and wouldn’t return for at least another 30 min. I asked why this wasn’t that taken into consideration when my tour was scheduled? She explained that the bus driver called in sick today (this I understand). What I don’t understand is why someone cannot take one minute to pick up the phone and call me. I would’ve rescheduled had I known. I’m sure if a child’s parents were running late to pick them up La Petite Academy would expect a courtesy call from parents! This is unprofessional conduct, and i will call this a bad bad first impression and red flag that I will not entrust them to care for my infant

I’m not sure about the older rooms, but we love the baby room and the women who work there! They really treat my kid like he is theirs. It feels like a little happy family in that room. One con – the room temperature isn’t regulated well, so I make sure to dress him in warm clothes.

My son has gone to La Petite on N. Bell since he was a little over a year old and he is 5 ½ now. We love this place so much and just wouldn’t be able to go anywhere else. They really go above and beyond to make learning fun and give the parents peace of mind while they are away. They have helped me with every developmental milestone along the way from potty training to learning to write his name. La Petite Academy is simply amazing!

Went today to get a tour of the facility, Im looking for a daycare for my daughter. The lady there was so helpful and nice. She answered all my questions. The daycare is very clean, and organized.
