Leftovers Austin

I am updating my review with an added star. They have improved with their line issue and have also hired more employees to be able to assist customers and get them checked out quickly. I love these guys and they get the job done right!!!

Very grumpy and misinformed people. We were told the item we were buying was going to be %50 off on Sunday, so we went back on Sunday and were told it was 50% off. We went to purchase and the grumpy old man at the register said it was 30% off, and was rude and dismissive. We set the items down that we were going to buy and left. That old fart was a JERK. If I were you, I wouldn’t hire them, or shop at any of their sales.

I really love Leftovers Austin, which is a great estate sale company both for families looking to host an estate sale, and shoppers looking for great items.
Leftovers creates extremely professional and well organized estate sales, with really nice presentation of the items. Their employees are friendly and easy to work with.
Leftovers is great at publicity. Their sale signage is very clear and noticeable, and they advertise each new sale on their mailing list and Facebook page with all the little details very well covered. Leftovers takes copious amounts of photos of the goods and posts them on their website so shoppers know what to look for at an upcoming sale.
And most importantly for shoppers… Prices are quite reasonable. Valuable items and antiques are thoroughly researched for value and labeled with info during the sale. Talk about thorough. It’s no wonder serious antiquers love to come to Leftovers sales.
No one is as good at putting on a great estate sale as Leftovers Austin.

I have gone to four Leftover Austin Estate sales in a row and it’s the most well-​organized and reasonably-​priced sale around! Love these people!

No estate sale treasure is worth dealing with the people who run this business. They are rude and harassing — their presence makes every sale they host unpleasant. Don’t subject yourself to interacting with them — it’s just not worth it.
